Fees are due annually from 1 April to 30 April for both Medical and Student Sonographers. This fee covers the annual membership cycle of 1st April to 31st March the following year.
Renewal notices will be sent electronically to your nominated email address on 15 March 2026. Renewal fees are processed online via your My Profile page.
Sonographers who fail to pay the annual fee by 'close of business' 30 April will be made inactive and need to complete an ASAR Fee Default Reactivation Form to reinstate their status.
